POSITION Marketing CoordinatorREPORTS TO: COO/CEO

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will provide oversight and development to communications, publications, media and outreach activities designed to promote CAPS. Responsible for strategic oversight and management of internal and external communications to ensure that CAPS employees and the public are informed about and engaged in CAPS opportunities. These activities affect the direction and goals for the growth of the business.

DUTIES:Implement and maintains the CAPS Strategic Marketing Plan for plastic surgery center, medical spa center, laser center, cool sculpting center, hair restoration and retail centers.Ensure strategic plans are forecasted, budgeted and implemented one quarter in advance allowing for seasonal preparedness.Manage marketing promotions, including advertising, patient literature and displays.Develop and conduct marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand awareness.Coordinate activities within departments such as internal events and cross promotions.Build relationships with vendors identifying and utilizing promotional goods.Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress and sales reports.Identify opportunities by conducting market research regarding competition, demographics, online directories and industry events.Identify target demographics and quotas.Utilize patient tracking database system to monitor patient testimonials, referral programs and reports.Manage design and implement promotional materials advertising the event using all relevant marketing channels.Collaborate, implement and manage Web Marketing Plan in accordance with our monthly initiatives.Manage and provide content to Marketing vendors as requested.Establish and monitor all social media directory listings.Design produce and manage email-marketing campaigns.Manage online reputation survey program on a monthly basis.Implement and maintain patient satisfaction surveys on quarterly basis.Design, produce and maintain Social Media Marketing.Oversee vendor relationships, and any cross marketing opportunities and promotions.Implement and maintain patient retention programs.Manage Marketing vendors and provide updates to practice website to ensure effective and current promotionsOversee all direct media placement, including any television, radio and print billboards and other related media opportunities along with Marketing vendor.Other duties as assigned
