Content Marketing Lead

to join our Pentair Pool Marketing team. We are a market leader in pool and spa equipment, offering an innovative product portfolio that includes pumps, smart technology systems, heating solutions, cleaners, filters, lights, and more! Reporting to the Pool Business Unit Product, Brand and Content Manager, you will own the development and deployment of world-class content and marketing communications to support the growth of the Pentair Pool business, specifically the Consumables and Cleaners product categories, with direct accountability for campaign and product launch content strategy, development, management, and execution.*** You can work a hybrid work schedule for this role, with 3 days/week in-office in Cary, NC. *** #LI-HybridYou will:Partner with the Strategic Marketing Manager and the General Manager for assigned categories to plan, execute, and manage content creation initiatives for digital and offline channels; aligned to content strategies, campaign, and business goals; that culminate in the delivery of new content that is engaging, relevant, and on brand.Collaborate in the planning and creation of content in support of new product launches and demand generation initiatives including integrated marketing campaigns, channel/partner programs, email marketing, trade shows, and other events.Lead the development and distribution of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools including print and digital advertising, product packaging and literature, web content, brochures, videos, presentations, newsletters, catalogs, training materials, and more.Manage related projects and workflows; this includes proactively communicating with stakeholders in a transparent manner, managing priorities, meeting set deadlines, and delivering within prescribed budgets.Recommend new tools, processes, and frameworks to support Content objectives, develop best practices and standards, drive customer awareness, consideration, and attachment to drive customer engagement and loyalty.Key Qualifications:Have earned a Bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree.Have 7-10 years of progressive experience as a marketing and communications professional with direct involvement in content development and management.Experience in all forms of digital and traditional content, including web, digital advertising, and social.Ability to work effectively with internal and outside design teams.Adept at understanding and translating complex, technical concepts, applications, and product offerings into easily digestible, compelling messaging.Outstanding organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.Travel:Up to 25% overnight travel for tradeshows, customer visits, group collaboration, or site visits.Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Diversity and Inclusion:With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
