Designer Jewelry brand is seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager with an extensive understanding of the luxury market and its target end consumer. This role will work closely with the founder and senior management to redefine the brand and create an executable brand marketing strategy on a regional and national level. Beyond brand definition and strategy creation, the individual must have the ability and experience to build and lead a team of media and content creators, publicists, and social media manager(s). The individual will work alongside the COO to create annual marketing budgets so an understanding of basic financial reporting is required.

5-7 years’ experience in a related Marketing role within the luxury sector (apparel, accessories, cosmetics).Develop a comprehensive brand management strategy and action plan to grow consumer awareness.Knowledge of digital marketing channels including online media and advertising, social media, and mobile marketing.Work with traditional sales and ecommerce teams to develop customized programs required by each sales channel.Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.Prepare and adhere to marketing budgets.Curate and monitor brand representation online, in-store and in print.Collaborate with PR Firms to fulfill needs for editorial or press requests.Ensure consistent brand message.Create and circulate weekly Communications Newsflash.Maintain up to date and accurate CRM database.The position has a minimum salary of $90,000. This salary is a good faith estimate for this position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
