Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.The Senior Marketing Manager will work with the Head of Strategy & Business Planning and Head of Marketing in London to develop Tate St Ives’s marketing strategy, which it will then deliver to build broad and diverse audiences, develop the Tate brand, achieve budgeted attendance figures, and reach financial targets. The Marketing team works closely with colleagues in the Programme team, Visitor Experience, and Operations locally in St Ives, and wider Tate teams in Audiences and Membership, as well as Tate Enterprises. Known for being passionate, creative, and welcoming, the team is also brilliant at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Work with the Head of Strategy & Business Planning and Head of Marketing to develop and implement brand, destination, and marketing strategies to meet audience and revenue targets.Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns supporting Tate St Ives, including media planning across various platforms.Act as brand guardian for Tate, ensuring brand positioning and alignment across every touchpoint.Host journalists and work with press and marketing managers to create press releases.Collaborate with Digital content, Design, and Social Media teams on creative content production.Utilize audience intelligence and data to tailor campaigns and monitor performance against KPIs.Design and deliver marketing solutions promoting commercial services from Tate Enterprises and Development.Lead the development of partnerships with external organizations and community groups.Work with Development colleagues to form sponsorship proposals and manage sponsor visibility.Develop successful relationships with agencies including media buyers and advertising agencies.Lead and inspire a busy team to deliver high levels of performance and creativity.Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring consistency with brand strategy.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective processing and monitoring of expenditure.What you will bring to the team:Extensive experience of devising, implementing, and managing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.An entrepreneurial approach with energy and enthusiasm for innovative marketing campaigns.Experience in developing brand strategy for large brands or businesses.Experience of leading a high-performing team.Ability to use audience data to inform strategy and planning.Experience in briefing and developing design work.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent written communication and editorial skills.Experience in creating successful collaborations with external partners.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload.Experience of forecasting and monitoring budgets.Commitment to supporting inclusive environments and relationships.Interest in art and commitment to the work of Tate.Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in marketing.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues.National Museum Directors' Council, Tate Britain, Millbank, London SW1P 4RG.
