Their creative strategy, thinking, leadership, and team management will continuously enhance our brand, creative awareness, and influence in the market.Responsibilities

Who you are:Strong analytical and decision-making skills, constantly prioritizing against our business objectives within a highly matrixed organization.Ability to work independently while leading a team of creatives.Strong communication and collaboration; experience working with executives and leaders in a highly cross-functional environment.Coaching and team development, drawing the best creative thinking and work within a high volume, fast-paced environment.A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship while also considering deadlines and constraints.Traits that we’ve seen successful leaders embody: leading with empathy and the voice of the customer, a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of our buyers and audience, and strong decision-making and bias to action with superior communication skills at all levels of the organization.What you will do:Develop, articulate and lead a creative vision that aligns with the organization’s vision, objectives, businesses, and audiences.Lead the brand studio team of visual artists and designers, developing a model, organizational structure, and skillsets that support business objectives.Define a scalable creative approach and decision-making framework for our highest priority work across all creative touch points (e.g. art direction, copy, video, design, product experience) and owned & operated channels (website, email, social, events, kits, swag, etc.).Lead creative brainstorming to develop ideas and facilitate actionable creative decisions from ideas.Be a collaborative, creative thought leader and guide to leaders, marketers, creative agencies, and customers to drive measurable business goals and outcomes.Oversee the creative budget, planning, and roadmap.Support the executive team with creative support as needed.Source and manage creative agencies and resources that bring unique creative capabilities to the brand.Champion diversity, inclusivity, and empathy in every stage of the creative process.What we require:15+ years of creative experience with a minimum of 7 years leading a creative team.Bachelor’s in graphic design or design-related field or equivalent work experience.The ability to bring healthcare brands to life and tell compelling visual stories.Experience designing teams and processes to support the business and organization.Experience refreshing or evolving an existing brand identity and narrative.Experience scaling, mentoring, and directing a creative team across multiple disciplines, channels, and audience segments.Experience building out in-house operations and partnerships with external agencies/contractors.Bonus points if you have:Experience supporting a large global brand.Application window open through: 8/16/2024Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 + bonus + equityBenefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
