Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a well-established beauty brand based in the LA area. The business produces and manufactures high-quality beauty products, following a wholesale and DTC model. They are seeking a well-experienced beauty or cosmetics marketing professional who can lead and oversee all marketing initiatives.The successful individual will be working with the board to set and execute marketing and brand strategies with close oversight over all channels including Traditional Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR, and E-commerce.You will also come with previous experience scaling DTC brands and have previous experience managing agency relationships and diverse teams.VP Marketing Responsibilities:
Setting and executing business marketing strategiesTeam growth - reviewing business skills and setting strategies to hire suitable colleagues to meet business needsManagement - motivating and managing a team of 10-15 across multiple disciplines, setting KPIsDigital Marketing, Social Media, Creative, PR - managing and creating campaigns for optimal ROIProduct Development - closely partnering with the product development team to ensure optimal product rangesVP Marketing Requirements:
Previous experience in the beauty/cosmetics related industryExperience in Marketing leadership positions - VP, Director, etc.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - ability to successfully enthuse teams and manage agency relationshipsData-driven, ability to identify market opportunities with a track record of commercial achievements
