The Social Media Manager is responsible for effectively leveraging various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and generate high-quality leads for our property management services. This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent content creation and graphic design skills, along with a keen understanding of social media management techniques.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility.Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to different social media platforms.Manage social media accounts, monitor interactions, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media efforts in lead generation.Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.QualificationsProven experience in social media management, with a focus on lead generation for businesses.Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Required Resources:

There are some tools and resources that you will be expected to provide and maintain, including:Quiet office environment to work fromNewer (less than 2 years old) computer with at least an Intel Core i7 processor, 12 GB RAM, and a licensed version of Windows 10.High-speed internet connection with at least 30mbps+ download and 10mbps+ upload speedNoise-canceling headset with a microphone to use when making/receiving calls.Licensed software necessary to perform your job duties.VPN subscriptionPower backup system capable of powering your work computer, monitor, and internet for at least 4 hours.Internet backup connection in case your primary internet service becomes unavailable.
