Our powers of creative ideation help brands achieve the recognition they need to succeed.BECK is looking for an Account Supervisor to support clients like Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook) and Warner Music Group’s Interval Presents.The Role: Account Supervisors lead multiple accounts and are supported by junior staffers, holding yourself responsible for their success. You speak to the client at a very high level, inspiring their confidence in the agency, even when you have to break bad news and have difficult conversations-- you’re diplomatic, composed, positive and knowledgeable.Core Responsibilities:Manage projects, deliver highest quality work on time and on budget, and provide timely progress reportsSecure earned media coverage for clients across national and international online, broadcast, and print, including pitch development, media outreach, and interview coordinationAct as a day-to-day client contact delivering consistent, high-level client service for entertainment and tech clientsWork with top-tier media including proactive pitching and relationship managementOversee the development of communications content and collateral targeted to multiple audiencesBe proficient at writing and editing materials including client press releases, byline articles, correspondence, blog, social media content and reportsUtilize resourcesto ensure projects are completed on time and in an efficient mannerConsistently develop, edit and refine client presentations and display confidence and command in delivering presentations to the client and other audiencesSeek opportunities to grow accounts organically by identifying incremental projects and cross-selling the agency’s full range of capabilitiesDemonstrate full range of media and business communications knowledge and utilize relationships to further clients’ business goalsAble to cultivate new and significant media and industry relationships, all the while maintaining existing onesDevelop the skills of more junior team members through consistent communication and direct and timely feedbackCommunicate clear, progressive direction to junior staff and work well,across geographies with virtual teamsManage performance and drive accountabilityRequired Qualifications:5+ years of communications/public relations experience, either at a communications agency or in-house, with experience as a lead on client accounts or projects.Effective listening, strong verbal and written communications skillsPossesses a positive, creative and innovative mindsetCapable of actively participating in the new business processAdept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentCan develop and effectively execute thought-leadership campaignsUnderstands and can study data, distill and translate into insights that can help set the stage for communications programming and impactful media relationsPossesses the motivation and attitude to mentor a growing team, while also looking to continually improve their strategy, media, digital and integrated marketing skillsAn Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, citizenship, creed, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, age, religion, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, military or veteran status, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, martial or registered domestic partners status, or any other legally protected status.
