City Tree Christian School (CTCS) serves the children of San Diego as an outreach ministry of First Presbyterian Church (FPC) of San Diego dedicated to academic excellence integrated with the Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ. City Tree Christian School is a wonderful community of teachers, staff, and families working together to educate our children in a loving Christian environment. We are an ethnically and socio-economically diverse school located in downtown San Diego. About 200 students attend our school-age infants through eighth grade. Our school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Summary Of Position

The Marketing Manager will demonstrate a consistent and enthusiastic commitment to Jesus Christ and support the mission of City Tree Christian School. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing programs to market City Tree Christian School to prospective students and their families with the goal of increasing tuition revenue.

Create a marketing plan for City Tree Christian School (CTCS) in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Principal that focuses on increasing enrollment by articulating our message, defining our ideal families and describing specific actions to achieve our marketing goals.Manage CTCS's online presence in order to increase our visibility and appeal to our ideal potential families.Strengthen CTCS' connection with FPC as well as other local Presbyterian churches and preschools.Engage families in our community to build trust and increase CTCS' exposure through the implementation of identified initiatives.Ensure established metrics are met and adjusted as needed. Metrics should be developed in coordination with the CTCS Principal and School Board. Ongoing reporting of established metrics required.Collaborate with other CTCS employees who handle marketing and enrollment activities and provide support when possible.Other duties as assigned by the school Director of Operations.

Technical Skills

Experience with or ability to learn the following is desired:

MS Office including Word, Excel, and Publisher.Outlook including One Drive.Wix platform for maintaining a website.Social Media platforms.Canva.Student Information System such as FACTS.Constant Contact.

Required Education And Experience

Prior experience working in education or marketing preferred.High School Diploma.Some College preferred.
