Our nonprofit client in Alexandria is looking for a
marketing specialist
who will focus on maintaining records of license renewals and assisting in the negotiation of agreements.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage licensing agreements and contracts, monitor license terms and conditions and ensure compliance.
Identify and evaluate current and potential licensees.
Organize and manage licensing records.
Review and maintain written and computer files and conduct data entry.
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Knowledge of licensing processes and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing.
Ability to write persuasively.
Ability to prepare accurate reports.
