Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Hexaware seeks a Senior Experience Designer (HEX478; multiple positions; full-time) to work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to help lead the creation of new experiences and solutions. Responsibilities include:Engage in all aspects of the project.Understand client goals, requirements, and technical constraints, and work within project parameters.Review and interpret creative and strategic direction from internal and client teams/stakeholders.Partner with peers to conceptualize and create complete creative solutions for extensive digital experiences and products.Create market-ready designs across various digital channels/platforms including mobile app and web/web app.Organize design files and artifacts to be easily scalable and consistent.Apply accessibility needs and constraints to all design solutions.Present objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions to clients in an articulate and persuasive manner.Interpret internal and client feedback and implement within the visual design solutions.Guide associate and mid-level designers to enhance design quality and enforce design best practices.Experiment with new tools and techniques and share learning.Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Communications and Multimedia, Interactive Media, or related degree plus four (4) years of experience as a digital-focused designer. The four (4) years of experience must include:Portfolio of past commercial work that represents at least 5 different experiences.Experience with Figma/Sketch, InVision, and Miro/Mural, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.Creating and maintaining design pattern libraries or design systems.Typography.Rapid prototyping to present and validate concepts for software products.Translating application storyboards and use cases into high fidelity prototypes.Understanding of the possibilities and limitations of web and mobile technologies.All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply. Domestic travel required as needed based on Hexaware’s business needs of assigned client projects.
