The Senior Manager, Marketing for Rhino USA will spearhead the creation and implementation of robust marketing strategies aimed at enhancing consumer engagement, acquisition, and retention. With a strong background in growth marketing and team leadership, this role is central to enhancing our brand's market presence and achieving strategic business goals. The Senior Manager, Marketing will also lead the marketing team, promoting innovation and excellence.

Your Responsibilities in Detail

Strategic Marketing Planning:

Craft and implement data-informed strategies to boost brand awareness, customer growth, and revenue.Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing aligns with broader business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing tactics.

Media Buying and Paid Social Expertise:

Lead purchasing across multiple channels to enhance campaign ROI.Manage both agency-led and in-house campaigns across major social platforms, optimizing advertising impact through targeted creative strategies.Track and optimize spending to enhance campaign performance.

Team Leadership:

Provide direction and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.Set goals, review performance, and encourage professional development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal and external partners to integrate marketing efforts with overall business plans.Effectively communicate marketing achievements and insights to stakeholders.

Budget and Performance Management:

Oversee budget allocation based on strategic priorities and monitor marketing effectiveness through established KPIs.

Your Background

To join our team, you bring along:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.8+ years of marketing experience, particularly in D2C, media buying, and paid social.Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.Proficiency in marketing platforms like Northbeam.io.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
