This position is a temporary contract for engagement with a duration of 3 months covering an FMLA leave. The ideal candidate will reside in Seattle as there is potential for this role converting to a full-time employee position.

Support day-to-day email marketing operations. Ensure smooth development of marketing email deployment from brief to execution. Drive multi-channel traffic, conversion, and sales.Responsibilities:Manage daily workflow and development of promotional email marketing programContribute to strategy and execute email marketing plans for customers and employeesPerform quality assurance on email campaignsSupport process improvement and operational changes within the email teamVerify personalization and testing parametersSupport basic program reportingRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:3+ years in email marketing or relevant fieldExperience with vendor relationships in a retail modelUnderstanding of consumer behaviorAbility to plan and execute marketing programsAnalytical and creative thinking blendProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFlexibility and innovative thinkingEffective communication and rapport buildingDecision-making and goal-setting skillsChampion for change and influencing othersIdeal Candidate:Experience in email marketingFamiliarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Strategic mindsetStrong communication and teamwork skillsHTML knowledge and experience with email ESPs (Oracle, Iterable) are plusesEager to learn and master their responsibilitiesRequired Soft Skills:Strong communicationStrategic thinkingTeamwork abilitiesDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Focus on UAT testingEnsure final test emails match expected creative and linksManage project timelines and creative reviewsSoftware Proficiency:Outlook (experienced)Monday.com (experienced or quickly learnable)Workfront (experienced or quickly learnable)Excel (comfortable)Project/Initiative Contribution:
