JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a creative digital marketing professional with six years of experience looking for a promising career in leading digital marketing for a healthcare services company?

We are a rapidly expanding healthcare services company in the US and looking to hire an experienced digital marketing professional to grow and support our digital presence.

The ideal candidate will implement the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to generate leads and increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

JOB DUTIES

Design and develop the company’s digital marketing strategy that includes content marketing in various channels, paid advertising and brand awareness.

Conduct audience research and identify marketing opportunities with channels.

Perform content research and discover opportunities for the company’s services.

Design, create content and optimize the organization's website.

Define and implement the company’s social media marketing strategy.

Be responsible for lead generation through online marketing campaigns.

Measure and report key online marketing metrics. Analyze performance continuously, and recommend performance improvements to increase lead generation and ROI.

Perform digital marketing such as Google AdWords, maps, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant online platforms.

Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.

Engage with leads on website live chat.

Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates.

Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness.

Generate, edit, publish, and share daily blog and social media content (original copy, images, videos, animations) that builds meaningful engagement and encourages target audiences to take action.

Conduct Facebook live streams events, live forum events.

Conduct webinars and coordinate online support forums.

Write creative content for the company’s newsletter, blogs, posts, ads and publish on multiple sites to increase the company’s brand awareness.

Create podcasts, audio and ad-quality graphics, display ads and video clips.

Create and update print media assets such as brochures, flyers, rack cards, postcards etc.

Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity, performance, benchmark, ROI reports using Facebook Insights, Google Dashboard and other related tools. Analyze results and make clear recommendations to improve ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

Impeccable communication skills in English, both spoken and written, is a

MUST . Should be from an English medium background.

6 years marketing experience with 4+ years in digital marketing is required.

Excellent understanding of concepts in inbound and outbound digital marketing.

Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics/Facebook Advertising.

Strong creative and analytical skills.

Experience with Keyword Research Analysis.

Proven skills with On page/Off Page SEO.

Excellent hands-on skills with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hubspot, Facebook Business Manager, Brandwatch, Moz, Ahrefs, CRM and other common digital marketing tools and platforms.

Experience with business to customer social media and content generation.

Graphics and video editing skills are a plus, such as with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premier Pro, Shotcut.

Expert level computer experience with documents, sheets and web applications is a

MUST .

Must demonstrate clear phone call voice quality and clear HD video quality using home office equipment during the hiring process.

Strong work ethics, respectful and a professional attitude towards work.

EDUCATION

UG or PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
