MarketingGeneral Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our mid-sized firm in the psychological assessment industry. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will lead our efforts to enhance SEO rankings, drive ecommerce traffic, bolster brand awareness, and increase community engagement through strategic content creation and distribution. This role demands a proactive and creative professional who can develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that resonate with our diverse audience and align with our company's objectives.Essential Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Content Strategy:

Craft and maintain a digital editorial calendar that aligns with the company's marketing goals, SEO objectives, and sales priorities.Conduct research and social listening to identify brand awareness opportunities.

SEO Optimization:

Implement best practices in SEO to enhance content visibility and rankings through keyword research, on-page optimizations, and link-building strategies.Content Creation:

Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, videos, and newsletters.Ecommerce Traffic Generation:

Utilize content to drive traffic to our ecommerce platforms, optimizing content for conversions and customer engagement.Brand Awareness:

Elevate our brand's presence and authority in the psychological assessment industry through thought leadership and consistent, impactful content.Public Relations & Community Engagement:

Develop a Public Relations and Community Engagement plan that drives awareness, traffic, and sales funnel objectives.

Identify influencers, publishers, and thought leadership forums to target with compelling organic content pitches.Target engagements through social media channels, webinars, and other community platforms.Conceive and develop real-time content (videos, graphics, blogs, social posts, etc.) that is tied to trending news, conversations, and executive POVs.

Analytics and Reporting:

Regularly measure and report on the performance of content initiatives against ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content alignment and to leverage insights from across the business.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing (3-5 years preferred). Strong understanding of current SEO tools and strategies to increase site traffic and brand visibility.Master orchestrator of editorial calendars, public relations & community engagement campaigns, with a demonstrated impact to drive B2B thought leadership and brand awareness.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics software.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
