supporting our Industrial & Consumer Packaging segment.This position’s preferred location is

Dow Packaging and Specialty Plastics is one of the world’s largest producers of polyethylene resins, functional polymers and adhesives, and is a leading innovator and collaborator across the value chain on sustainable application development and circular economy life-cycle design for plastics.In this role, you will drive the strategy definition and implementation as well as value growth for a specific market segment on a regional basis.Responsibilities:

Lead the Industrial and Consumer Packaging segment in North America, which is one of the largest in the region.Lead regional segment MMT working to understand market sizing, dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer dynamics, customer journey to create an effective plan to grow in that environment.Develop and implement short (0-2 years) and long-term (3-5 years) market plans including market assessments, strategy and implementation, profitability and plan for continuous growth.Utilize customer segmentation and differential management to clarify to the organization what customers in which segments and what products to focus on.Work cross functionally through the MMT, with Sales, R&D, and TS&D to initiate, develop, and drive the segment innovation pipeline using PD-Trak and other tools.With Sales leadership, work to define major customers to partner for growth and support growth initiatives implementation at selected customers.Drive prioritization and implementation of marketing communications plan with Business Communications.Ensure effective use of resourcing for segment including Sales, MDMs, Communications, and TS&D. Executes marketing, delivers plan.Define plan to interact with Value Chain.Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. Knowledge of packaging and/or polyethylene markets.Marketing, TS&D or Sales Experience.A degree discipline in Marketing.Knowledge of the Marketing Plans Work.Additional Notes
