Primarily responsible for website tracking and attribution while collaborating with client development teams and Native Performance leadership to ensure we’re measuring everything necessary to run successful campaigns.Leads measurement plans, including website reporting & attribution, to ensure marketing and advertising initiatives are driving the key results that matter.Supports Owned & Paid Media team in setting up GTM in a way that ensures ad platforms have the right signals to optimize around. This could mean setting up new website conversion, exploring in-platform conversions like lead gen campaigns, and exploring off-site attribution and conversion tracking.Leads evaluation, technical documentation, and implementation of conversions. Helps Native & Clients align on conversion value, and identifies paths to ensure lead quality is accounted for.Leads and oversees GTM implementation & dashboard setups. This includes setting up new data sources and creating dashboard customizations based on clients’ individual data needs.Ensure Native maintains comprehensive, full-funnel analytic dashboards that highlight KPIs and are clearly tied to organizational objectives for our clients.Supports development of Data as a Service, including productizing templated dashboards and custom solutions for scope expansion that better communicate marketing performance and connect lead generation efforts to business outcomes.Other support areas: Support performance leadership on identifying expansion opportunities, feasibility of client goals & objectives.If you’re right for the role, you will…

Have 6-10 years experience in an advertising or marketing environment with ability to pull strategic insights from large and complex sets of data.Track record of measurable success in translating business needs that model a marketing path for positive ROI.Comfortable working with ad platform tracking and creating data visualizations through BI tools to better communicate client performance (PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau).Hands-on approach when troubleshooting discrepancies and outliers in performance metrics.Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and strong pattern recognition.Possess keen business acumen and the ability to provide context to raw metrics.Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).Strong collaborator with the ability to troubleshoot issues with a diverse team of subject matter experts and client teams ensuring we reach mutual understanding and have clear paths forward.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related fieldTo apply now, email SVP, Performance Ops, Matt Seeley, at
