POSITION OVERVIEW:

TheDirector of Digital and Performance Marketing is a key contributor to digital engagement and performance initiatives across the entire brand portfolio of Tire Discounters (TD) and its family of brands.This role will contribute to impactful marketing initiativesthat promote the company’s products and services, drive prospects to conversions, enhance engagement, and drive loyalty and performance across the entire Tire Discounters brand portfolio. It is a key support role within the broader team, driving measurable success for the organization.This individual will collaborate closely and provide ongoing support directly to the Manager, Digital and Performance Marketing in executing digital marketing efforts and projects, and take ownership of specific areas within the broader digital marketing landscape,effectively executing plans, analyzing data with keen eyes, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, utilizing a blend of creativity,meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, a process-oriented approach, and a sense of urgency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans for Tire Discounters and its brands, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lead generation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and objectives supporting overall company goals.Optimize website performance and user experience to enhance digital conversion, including testing and data-driven adjustments.Analyze user behavior, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify insights and improve the conversion funnel.Drive integrated marketing strategies, overseeing performance marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and digital campaigns.Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure digital marketing performance, refining plans for maximum impact.Oversee website content, product listings, user interface, and high-quality content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.Leverage emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.Communicate digital marketing plans and performance to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external agencies and vendors.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in digital marketing activities.Lead and oversee a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering collaboration.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Reporting to the VP and Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital plans to enhance our brand presence, achieve marketing objectives, and ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with our overall business strategy.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, preferably in the retail sector.Proven experience executing and measuring digital campaigns with a focus on revenue growth.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social channels, and paid media.Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.Physical Demands:
