We have an outstanding opportunity for a full-stack marketer at our North American headquarters as a Digital Marketing Strategist.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be an integral part of the Formica Marketing Team reporting to the North American Director of Marketing Technology. This role will be a technical lead and executor within the marketing team with direct responsibility for managing SEM, digital analytics and reporting. This role also will manage website enhancements with the Digital Marketing Specialist, sales enablement with Sales Operations and will work closely with Creative Services, Segment Marketing, and a range of agency partners and contractors to drive strategic marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving strong digital journeys with an emphasis on conversion for both B2B and B2C brands. This role will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and with the opportunity to solve problems, flex strategic muscles and drive growth across Formica Corporations portfolio of surfacing solutions.

Job Description:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing Technology. Key responsibilities include:

- - Serve as the business expert and owner of SEM efforts. Create and manage always-on and launch-related SEM campaigns aligned to targeted user segments in support of organizational goals against budget, ROI, and digital best practices.

``` - - Monitor and report on competitive digital activity and recommend appropriate responses as needed.

``` - - In partnership with Digital Specialist, support Formica and FENIX brand website execution, including helping build pages for launch activities, driving the addition of enhanced content and testing new functionality across all three North American Formica domains (formica.com, formicadocs.info and fenixforinteriors-na.com).

``` - - Plan, develop, and execute sales enablement efforts in partnership with Sales Operations and the Digital Marketing Team.

``` - - Support e-commerce functionality within digital tools and leverage user journey mapping to improve conversion rate optimization.

``` - - Serve as a digital project manager in coordination with the Director of Marketing Technology.

``` - - Leverage survey tools like HotJar to provide recommendations on digital customer experience.

``` - - Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- - BA/BS degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.

``` - - Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

``` - - Minimum 2 years experience leading SEM and SEO efforts.

``` - - Experience with SEMrush or another SEO tool required.

``` - - Experience with sales enablement preferred.

``` - - Experience within CMS platforms required. Experience with Sitecore preferred.

``` - - Experience working with agencies and external vendors/suppliers required.

``` - - Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.

``` - - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of marketing team and multiple cross-functional project teams.
