Job Responsibilities:

The UX position is in the Global Product and Technology organization. Iron Mountain InSight is a content services platform that provides actionable business insights and predictive analytics through Machine Learning (ML)-based classification of a company’s physical and digital information, which adds structure, context and meta-data to information to make it more usable. The resulting enriched content can then enable enhanced automated governance and workflows for our customers. We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to work with our UX team developing solutions for the InSight platform.

Software Engineer- contribute to design, development, and deployment of State of the Art digital transformation, work with an agile engineering team to provide computer programming assistance in the development of several software projects

Help create solutions for product roadmap and customer-driven requirements.

Participate in design discussions about the technical implementation and consider the tradeoffs to support business value, scalability and delivery timeline.

Develop unit tests with a test driven mindset

Debug and address performance issues

Work with project managers, solution architects, ML engineers, and data scientists to implement and deliver solutions.

Assist in the development of a product feature

Work with Product Management and on reviewing existing features and future roadmap items.

Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues impeding project success.

Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:

Education Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained by July 2025 or earlier

Pursuing a degree in UX Design

Requirements:

Prior internship experience desired

Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction

​ Technical Skill Qualifications/Preferred:

Knowledge of best coding practices

Hands-on programming experience (such as Python, C++, C#, SQL, etc)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Familiarity with agile development

Professional Skill Qualifications/Preferred:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Great attention to detail

Demonstrated leadership experience

Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity

Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member

Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Familiarity with agile development
