Our

Marketing Growth Manager

is responsible for planning, developing and managing go-to-market campaigns that build awareness, generate and nurture leads from the sales and marketing funnels. In this

results-oriented role , you'll be the architect of our lead generation campaigns, leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, paid advertising, and content to craft as well as deploy targeted campaigns that drive conversions and propel our business units forward. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong performance track record of

demand generation ,

growth marketing experience , is passionate about

revenue growth

and

leveraging data

to optimize performance and investment.

You will build winning campaign plans, secure stakeholder buy-in, and oversee flawless execution from concept to ROI measurement. This role will manage and segment customer data within our CRM system to ensure targeted and relevant communication across all channels. You will be able to foster strong relationships across our variety of business units and ensure a seamless lead nurturing, qualification, and handover to our sales team.

Identify and leverage key customer touchpoints throughout the buyer's journey and build multi-channel campaigns that build awareness and generate and nurture leads.Create, oversee, and manage demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, retention and acceleration plans that provide measurable top-line and bottom-line growth.Design and execute a comprehensive marketing automation system with triggered alerts and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns across all online and offline channels, utilizing marketing analytics tools to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.Do you like to solve problems and consider yourself forward thinking? Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in marketing automation and lead generation.Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)).Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics 365).Proficiency with digital ad buying, with first-hand experience managing campaigns on Linkedin, Google, Facebook, in addition to other platforms.Excellent data analysis skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMrush, Salesforce CRM Analytics).Proficiency in content marketing, with proven copywriting skills across web, email, ads, blogs, etc.Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.Must be able to create presentations and present in front of campaign teams.Experience with marketing attribution modeling and A/B testing methodologies.Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
