To fuel this growth, we're looking for a Marketing and Sales Associate. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will be integral to our commercial team’s efforts in connecting with biopharma and diagnostic companies, driving the adoption of Genialis’ technology products, biomarker algorithms, and service offerings.This role is a perfect fit for someone with hands-on experience in oncology, -omics technologies, and a solid background working with biopharma and biotech companies. We need someone with a proven track record in both marketing and sales within oncology, who isn’t afraid to dive in, take initiative, and help accelerate our growth in key markets.….Our core values: People first. Support the commercial team’s mandate to grow Genialis’ product sales and revenueSupport new client acquisition through ownership of multi-channel marketing campaignsManage CRM for leads management and deal progression through sales funnelResearch relevant market opportunities and market intelligence on new and existing competitorsAttend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry eventsDevelop and maintain relationships across professional and social networks and key connections in the life science industryWork within defined department-level and company-wide processesRequirements3+ years of relevant experience in marketing/sales roles in biotech/pharma /diagnostic industriesBachelor and/or Graduate degrees in Life Sciences and Business AdministrationRecord of commercial success in the biotechnology/ biopharma spaceWorking knowledge of cancer biology and NGS methodsFamiliarity with drug development, especially biomarkers, companion diagnostics, and the emerging use cases of Artificial IntelligenceSolid understanding of biotechnology/pharmaceutical media sources, conferences, and other marketing related spacesExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot (CRM), GSuite, Slack, MailChimp etc.BenefitsLong term professional development and mentorship, and an educational budget for conferences, online courses, books and other resourcesFlexible work schedule, including remote and hybrid optionsMonthly wellness budget for physical, mental, or spiritual activities of your choiceInternational workforce and client base, with opportunities for travelCompetitive compensation package, including stock optionsMedical, dental, vision and life insurance40 days of total vacation (inclusive of national holidays), plus parental leave & sick leave
