Join our creative team as an Associate Graphic Designer, where your passion for design meets the dynamic world of media and print. This role is 100% onsite at our Elizabeth location! Here, you'll be a cornerstone in developing compelling design solutions that resonate with our audience while staying true to our brand's heart. Your journey with us will involve bringing sales materials to life, from captivating posters to engaging menus and impactful point-of-sale materials, all designed to support our business's diverse needs. You'll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles by designing or reimagining original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, that tackle business challenges head-on. In this role, your toolkit will include a variety of software programs, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Photoshop, ensuring all Retail and On-Premise sales material needs are met with precision and creativity. Collaboration is key as you'll work closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer to dive deep into the business's needs, crafting designs that not only solve problems but also captivate and inspire. Your responsibilities will extend to website design, assisting in crafting the look, layout, and features that speak directly to our business's heart, alongside maintaining the vibrancy of our print shop supplies and staying ahead of industry trends. What You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of graphic design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and time management skills.

Demonstrated design experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.

Proficient in creating logos, web banners, and landing pages. Demonstrated creative thinking skills.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

Bachelor’s degree plus 3 year of graphic design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of graphic design experience.

Prior experience with Adobe Creative.

An impressive online portfolio full of digital/interactive work, video or flash design.

Compensation:

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $25.29-$38.00

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
