Product - Head of Product Marketing (VP Level) FuriosaAI is building the future of AI computing. As the company’s first Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to position and promote our products in the global market. You’ll identify market opportunities, drive successful product launches, develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and trials/adoption, influence product roadmaps, and build a strong community of partners and users.

Product Positioning and StrategyPartner with FuriosaAI’s leadership team to set product strategy and ensure alignment with the market.Develop a deep understanding of the AI/ML industry, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning and marketing strategy.Partner with the engineering team to define product positioning for the HW/SW suite of products.Develop global go-to-market strategies and new product launch plans.Help develop pricing and product SKUs.Marketing Campaigns & DistributionIdentify and articulate product value propositions that resonate with each segment of customers.Strategize and execute compelling marketing collaterals, such as the website, demos, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, and videos.Partner with the biz dev team to identify industry partners and distribution channels (online and events) for effective product promotion.Customer Experience & FeedbackProactively and consistently collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvement recommendations.Partner with engineering to incorporate customer insights into the product roadmap or improve the overall customer service experience.Identify communities of customers and partners that can benefit from our products and develop long-term engagement strategies.Global Team Building & ManagementBuild and manage a global product marketing team with expertise ranging from software to hardware.Manage the team across primarily U.S. and South Korea.Must-Have Qualifications

This role requires technical expertise in computer hardware (semiconductor preferred) to inform the company’s product strategy.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.8+ years of relevant experience in product marketing within the semiconductor industry or hardware product sectors.4+ years of leadership and management experience in building and scaling a team.4+ years of experience working with global cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds.Strong proactivity and curiosity to ramp up in the domain and continuously stay up to date with industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders in globally remote working environments.Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Preferred Qualifications

Startup and AI-related work experience is a plus.Global marketing experience.Location Bay Area is preferred. This role will require travel to the Seoul HQ office and customers’ sites.
