Need Infra Technical PM for planning and driving the Site Migration Cutovers in terms of Network, Hybrid Compute and EUC
Responsible for all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and lead and direct the work of others.
Contribute to the creation of an IT Infrastructure Project Management Office (IPMO).
Work on project plans consolidation to provide insight to Infrastructure's priorities, dependencies and resource demand. Reports, presentations and policies will be created for executive review.
Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects.
Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects.
Assume the responsibility of project delivery to the best satisfaction of the customer.
Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with Offshore PMs and provide a consolidated view of the Sites Migration cutover.
Plan and Participate in the Site Migrations and ensure smooth delivery
Coordinate with Vendors/OEMs/Customers/Internal Team on Procurement and delivery of the HW
Coordinate on the deliverables and Billing
Provide the weekly project status reports and prepare executive leadership reports
Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Minimum 8 years of experience.
Bachelors in Computer Technology or related field.
PMP/SAFe, Scrum Certification required.
Expert in IT Technical Project Management.
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, SAFe, Scrum.
Understanding of IT platforms, such as Wintel, Client, Data Center, Storage, Network, SharePoint, MS-TEAMS, and Telephony & Video Infrastructure services.
