Responsibilities include leading a team of IT Engineers and Automation specialists to develop solutions and desktop architecture for a large Windows and Apple Mac environment. This includes hybrid on-premises and cloud enterprise infrastructures in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google. This role requires a profound understanding of desktop computing and all aspects of operating system efficiency and productivity. This role will require a leadership, mentoring, and development mindset. The Director is responsible for the managed service delivery to 2800 enterprise employees, across three regional headquarters, and multiple subsidiaries/partner agencies. The Engineering Director will assist with various projects and partner with our internal clients, Client Services & Support, Audio/Video, Infrastructure, Application Support, Operations and Analytics teams to manage the implementation of companywide technologies, workflows, processes, and procedures to maintain a stable, efficient, and controlled computing environment. Core competencies include a deep understanding and experience with fleet management, operating systems, security, and productivity suites. They will oversee operational support for day-to-day activities comprised of system health, software distribution, software updates and operating system deployment. Strong business acumen with an emphasis on great support services. Must be able to identify gaps requiring user notification and remediation. In addition, they will function as a point of escalation for troubleshooting issues for the Client Services and Support team. By way of collecting information across multiple systems, they will design reports for IT, HR, Finance, Analytics, etc. Inventory software applications, accounts and systems for regular audits and compliance. Job Summary

20% - Identify and maintain corporate IT standards across all systems and business units

Regular audits & reporting to uphold standards and licensing requirementsCoordination with different teams on configuration and implementation of innovative technologiesCreating of a holistic view for corporate standards (Training and User Education)Negotiating standards and solutions with various vendors

20% - Maintaining Deployment Technologies

Managing and administering Autopilot configurations for onboarding/offboardingArchitecting Workspace One to Intune Migration for mobile device managementCreate and apply new policies in Intune across five domains and support over 2800 systemsAdminister software repository, packaged and/or customized applications for distributionManage security updates to all endpoints and desktops

15% - Escalation point for troubleshooting corporate wide technologies (Workspace One, VMs, DUO, GroupID, Teams, etc.)

Working effectively in Service Now ticketing system to comply with SLAs for group tickets

15% - Produce reports on software applications, accounts, and systems for compliance (HITRUST, SOC1, SOC2, etc.)10% - MDM administration of existing policies for mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops10% - Endpoint security management (Antivirus, 2FA, Encryption, Patches, etc.)10% - Assist in building, implementing, and improving processes related with day-to-day delivery operationsSupervisory Responsibilities The position will provide oversight and direction for the client engineering team consisting of two direct reports. Annual performance conversations and managerial guidance is required. Must be able to collaborate with business leaders and IT management to provide feedback on all projects and team directives. Salary Range $160,000.00 - $190,000.00
