Renowned for its distinctive corporate culture, the organization places a strong emphasis on collaboration and a forward-looking perspective.About You:You have a proactive approach to identifying and recommending innovative solutions for complex challenges, showcasing a problem-solving mindset essential for navigating dynamic web experience development.Your analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity enable you to leverage web metrics effectively, understand landing page dynamics, and utilize channel-specific and journey metrics to drive strategic decisions.You are proficient in Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce, with some experience in Journey Optimizer, demonstrating a strong technical foundation necessary for creating engaging and effective web and email campaign experiences.You possess strong strategic marketing skills, particularly in campaign development and customer journey mapping.You are familiar with collaborating with data science teams to derive business metrics and show an understanding of holistic web analytics and optimization strategies.Responsibilities:Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and deploy web components and emails.Create and optimize web and email journeys using Journey Optimizer.Build email campaigns and landing pages from scratch, ensuring quality through thorough QA processes.Collaborate with IT partners to enhance authoring experiences, develop components and templates, and determine optimal delivery methods.Manage web configuration tools to deliver targeted and personalized audience experiences, including A/B testing.Coordinate releases and publishing across various sites and campaigns, supporting distributed authors.Maintain web applications using Adobe’s Experience Manager CMS, adhering to site architecture and custom components.Enforce platform standards and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with key build standards and metrics.Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of channel processes across teams.Perform quality checks on work assignments to verify accuracy.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of experience in analyzing, leveraging, and deploying web and email marketing campaigns, showcasing initiative and effective planning in managing diverse teams within similar roles.Proven ability to analyze and utilize web metrics, demonstrating initiative and effective planning in team management.Strong technical skills in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce, with knowledge of Journey Optimizer or similar programs.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for building, QAing, deploying emails, and managing data extensions.Basic knowledge of Journey Optimizer, with additional experience being a plus.Familiarity with Accsin IQ is beneficial but not required.Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a plus.Strong strategic marketing skills, especially in campaign development and customer journey mapping.Ability to provide concrete examples of using the required tools in previous roles.Excellent collaboration skills, fostering working relationships to achieve business objectives.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability to changing day-to-day tasks while maintaining core responsibilities.
