Paid Media Growth Strategist , you will execute and support Paid Media campaigns that help define overarching strategy for clients. A storyteller and data lover at heart, you are able to showcase crystal clear strategies using data that are astonishingly savvy. Financial trends and budget management are your bread and butter and you are a doer when it comes to acting on a key strategy that brings wins for our brand clients.We are currently seeking and hiring for both a Paid Social and Paid Search Growth Strategist so please apply if you have experience in either social or search.Qualifications:3+ years of related work experience in Paid Media in an agency setting3+ years of Facebook advertising experience2+ years of experience as the primary growth marketing leader for E-commerce DTC brandsMust have experience managing 100k/month budgets on Google/MetaExperience running paid digital advertising campaigns on channels besides Facebook and Instagram including Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts and have difficult conversations with clientsAbility to identify the core KPIs and best growth strategies for E-commerce brands - even when the founders of said brands may not know them- and understand when/how to effectively and strategically communicate true core KPIs to the clientsAbility to coordinate marketing projects and work with multiple marketing execution team membersA strong eye for visual creative (image and video) and designA working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and the ability to provide optimization suggestions to clientsA passion for E-commerce marketing and commitment to mastering the craft of growing E-commerce brandsAbility to read and analyze data and pull insights from that analysis that will help improve client resultsPassion for learning and helping others learn and the humility to do so (no egos)Experience working in Google Analytics and with 3rd party toolsCustomer centric and love of winning against challenging oddsStrong interpersonal skills for building external and internal working relationshipsPresentation and speaking skills that would rival the best public speakersA doer, an action taker, a growth driverResponsibilities:Act as the growth strategist responsible for paid media management, client communications, and creative strategyManage, plan, design, and operate Paid Media campaigns to maximize pod book of businessManagement of campaign launches and ongoing campaign managementBudget management and tracking to ensure spend levels are on track and in alignment with client goalsBid management and optimizationA/B Testing including 3rd party tool testingPlan and lead meetings both internal and externalParticipate in weekly or biweekly client calls and communicate with clients in between call cadence with minimal oversight to craft and retain strong client relationships and keep them informed of progress towards defined KPIsAct as the primary point of contact for clients questionsDrive client growth and maintain client relationships in a manner that positively impacts Structured Agency's growth and reputationTake personal accountability and own the successes and failures for your client accountsExecute and support Paid Media campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and managementDaily use of reporting, analytics, and trend toolsCampaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget managementResponsible for all tactical execution and campaign auditsManage your priorities to directly reflect your focus on delivering the most important things for client accountsTrack and report on campaign results, data analysisContribute to team learnings and findings so the entire Paid Media Team can be betterPassionate about winning for clients and wins whenever possibleOn trend and always pushing for innovation and adaptation on the fly- you dare challenges to find youCreativity and technical skills are the two parts of your whole
