This highly visible role will lead cross-functional analytics efforts, performing advanced analyses to optimize marketing and web performance. Their expertise will be crucial in driving data-backed decisions, testing hypotheses, and implementing optimizations to improve overall digital performance. Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing, the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will partner closely with Business Intelligence and Revenue Management to apply actionable insights and positively affect Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ marketing and e-commerce execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

In partnership with the Executive Director of Digital Marketing, develop and execute the analytics strategy for Fontainebleau’s digital product optimization and marketing initiatives, aligning with the company’s overall revenue and audience retention goals.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.

Develop new analytical frameworks, techniques, and predictive models to dive deep into campaign performance, guest behavior, and cross-platform user journeys.

Ideate, manage, and iterate a robust A/B testing roadmap to optimize digital conversions and increase user engagement/retention, using tools like Optimizely to support data-driven optimization strategies.

Extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets from the Data Warehouse to make insightful recommendations on audience segments and user behaviors, utilizing data warehouses on cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Redshift to support scalable analytics and reporting.

Build and maintain comprehensive measurement plans to evaluate digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM program performance against established benchmarks, KPIs, and OKRs.

Support Paid Media team in identifying opportunities for advertising efficiencies and optimizations through campaign analysis and predictive modeling.

Lead and manage an E-Commerce Analysts team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Partner with Digital Marketing, IT, Project Management and Product team members to inform audience targeting and segmentation strategies.

Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, and external partners to manage data pipelines and ingestion for channel metrics, defining data requirements and ensuring data integrity across platforms and channels, including implementing and maintaining low-code ETL solutions using Matillion and data ingestion with Fivetran.

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and external use, while providing support for ad hoc reporting requests.

Advise on web-tagging and online/offline conversion tracking for measurement.

Utilize Metaplane for data observability to monitor data quality and ensure reliability across data pipelines.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar.

5+ years of data analysis experience across multiple interfaces/platforms (websites, mobile apps, connected devices).

Knowledge of statistical approaches such as experiment design, regression analysis, and forecasting.

Experience drafting comprehensive campaign reports with actionable insights and key learnings.

Proficiency in SQL and Python to utilize data sources to extract and interpret complex data to meet business needs.

Ability to explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing.

Prior people management experience.

Demonstration of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision making.

Fluency with various analytical platforms (Google Analytics, GTM) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).

Some prior experience with low-code ETL tools (Matillion), data ingestion tools (Fivetran), and data observability tools (Metaplane).

Proficiency in cloud data warehouse architecting and modeling (Snowflake, Redshift).

Exposure to A/B testing and multi-touch attribution (MTA) tools.

Inquisitive mindset, with the ability to proactively seek out insights and stories from large datasets.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, managing multiple projects at a time.

Experience in luxury hospitality preferred, but not required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will oversee a team of E-Commerce Analysts, guiding them on project execution and deliverables while offering mentorship and skill elevation.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
