The company has worked with DC Comics, Marvel Entertainment, HYBE, and many more of the world’s biggest entertainment brands.We’re looking for an empathetic individual who will help our team meet the needs of our expanding Creator community at WEBTOON. They’ll be working with individuals at all stages of the Creator Lifecycle. This role will report to the Senior Manager of the WEBTOON Creator Care team, working closely with team members on both the WEBTOON Creator Care team and the Wattpad WEBTOON Studios Creator Management team.

Essential Duties:

Answer tickets from our ORIGINALS Creators through Zendesk, problem solving for complex inquiriesEscalate feedback and insights to stakeholders across the WEBTOON organizationCommunicate new monetization opportunities on the WEBTOON platform and from affiliate partners to the ORIGINALS CreatorsWrite and update articles about WEBTOON’s tools and policiesOnboard newly signed ORIGINALS Creators through 1:1 calls and small webinarsCoordinate with internal teams for Creator-facing initiatives and eventsQualifications:

1-3 years of client facing experience, ideally in a customer success roleStrong written and verbal communicationExperience delivering solutions to customer needsExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience or familiarity with entertainment industry or creative communities highly preferredProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailWhat we offer:
