If you would like the job posting to be removed prior to 90 days, please email James Harmon, Phd, CPSM .MG2 is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Seattle office in our Corporate Marketing Team!Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Coordinator supports various day-to-day business development tasks aimed at being a strategic resource for the Consumer Experiences market, our retail-focused sector.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that allows the department to effectively and efficiently track and communicate the status of all active pursuits assigned to you. You will also assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, SOQs, support for conference attendance, market and client research projects that help build business for MG2.Your Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Coordinator . .Writes, coordinates, and develops SOQs, proposals, and presentations.Maintains, writes, and organizes marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral.Is the go-to strategic resource for principals on pursuits to understand the depth and breadth of the market’s practice staff, service offerings and project portfolio.Assists in lead tracking management and development.Researches potential clients and project opportunities.Identifies, tracks, and coordinates conference, industry event, and award opportunities.Supports special office, client, and philanthropic events.Support Marketing Communications team in content development for market-specific communication programs including social media, website, and speaking engagements.Keeps Marketing Communications team abreast of new visual assets and when projects in a market are ready for photography.Ensures project teams include project details in VantagePoint as projects wind down.Contributes to uploading and maintaining assets on our digital asset management system.Conducts additional administrative activities and special projects as needed.Clearly maintains and communicates MG2’s brand.Aligns performance with firmwide strategic plan and goals.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience with proposal and statement of qualifications development. AEC experience, particularly in the retail market, is preferred.Knowledge and interest in the retail market, retail trends, and brands.Strong written and verbal communications skills, editing experience, which includes an aptitude for grammar and advanced graphic design skills.Forward thinking, self-started, organized, and strong attention to detail.An “always learning” mentality and highly collaborative work style.High ability to be resourceful.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint and social media platforms.Customer service excellence work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to flex between working independently and within a highly collaborative team.Strong organizational skills and comfort working under pressure or tight deadlines.Salary & Benefits
