A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Job Description Bassetti’s dynamic and creative marketing department is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Seattle office. This role will primarily focus on leading the development, creation, editing, and coordination of RFQ/P responses. Managing multiple deadlines, supporting a range of projects, and fostering collaboration are essential elements of this position. Creativity, strong layout and graphic skills, and excellent writing abilities are crucial to enhance our collateral messages and goals. Our team encourages exploration and growth, participates in studio outings to inspire creativity and build camaraderie, and supports each other's professional development.Responsibilities

Develop and execute winning RFQ and RFP responses, including thoughtful writing, editing, and visual communication.Create and edit content for online and printed communication pieces (proposals, website, social media, e-blasts, videos, brochures, etc.).Work alongside pursuit teams to contribute to the development of strong pursuit strategies and Bassetti differentiators.Provide photography direction and support for completed projects and staff.Assist with interview preparation procuring necessary collateral.Assist with project data and image organization (Unanet, Open Asset, etc.).Assist with business development research.Actively participate in targeted professional and community organizations.Qualifications / Experience Required

Expertise in Adobe InDesign.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Meticulous attention to detail.Strong visual communication skills, including typography, color, and layout.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.A self-starting and results-oriented outlook.An “always learning” mentality and highly collaborative work style.Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.Ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion.Possesses a friendly, collaborative demeanor and enjoys working with others in a creative environment toward shared goals.Excellent organizational skills.Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and processes is desired.Benefits, Schedule & Salary
