Your main role will be to guide and inspire homeowners as they work on their building and improvement projects, focusing on bringing in more daylight and fresh air.Your Responsibilities:Listen to customers and understand their project needs.Ensure full understanding of the project's requirements, aesthetics, functionality, and budget.Inspire customers with daylight solutions and suitable product recommendations.Recommend the best daylight solution and request visualizations from our partner colleagues.Provide product and service information to simplify the building process.Take full ownership of the customer's journey and experience.Your Experience:Service-minded with a passion for delivering high quality interactions.Excellent communication skills to tap into customer needs.Ability to build effective relationships face-to-face, on the telephone, or via email.Structured approach with attention to details.Possess a sales-mindset and the ability to close a sale.Well-developed questioning techniques for understanding customer needs.Curious mind-set and eagerness to learn about the product portfolio.Solid IT-skills and experience with CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Your Opportunities:Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with daylight and fresh air designs.
