This position is responsible for coordinating and managing daily operations of music production as assigned by the Director, Music Production.
Responsibilities
Read incoming scripts and flag for music itemsMonitor PIX daily for updated script pages & shoot schedules for new or changed music itemsWork in SAP & Vista coding, inputting, checking & monitoring cost dataPreparing, processing, tracking & organizing start forms and onboarding for all hired music editorial/production personnelManage travel and visa arrangements for music production staffBook & coordinate production related activities (i.e., studios, cartage, rentals, catering, couriers)Process all Purchase Orders for the Music Production & follow up on all payment needsReceive, organize & follow up on all incoming invoices & current or outstanding paymentsAnswer phones, maintain schedules and provide administrative supportPrepare union contracts for upload to payroll and follow up on edits/final invoicingAssist with residual cast listsAssist with union re-use preparationAssist with preparation of union contract packages & follow up with contractors for completionAttend scoring sessions when neededWork with accountants to provide payroll invoices, backup & payment statusMaintain & update status charts
Basic QualificationsBA/BS degreeMinimum 2-4 years related experience
Additional QualificationsProficient in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPointGood analytical skills; detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong time management, organizational and communication skills; high attention to detail and follow throughKnowledge of Film/TV productionDemonstrated interest in music production

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 56,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
