We are seeking a Principal Product Designer, a pivotal senior-level role with substantial responsibility in our company. The role involves shaping and executing design strategies that align with our company’s mission and objectives while ensuring that all design outputs align with our brand and style standards. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to weave design considerations seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.

As a leader, you will guide a design team and establish and uphold design standards and best practices across the organization. It's crucial to remain abreast of the latest design trends and technologies and to equip your team with the skills and tools necessary to produce captivating designs.

Your role extends beyond day-to-day design leadership. As a thought leader in the organization, you will mentor other designers, champion the role of design in meeting our corporate objectives, and represent our company at design-related conferences and events. Building networks with fellow designers and design communities will also be part of your role.
