Salary Range:

$55.4300 - $91.4300 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

The Senior Manager, Events & Sponsorships owns and leads the planning and execution for community activations and Hoag sponsored events. Responsible for developing strategic and impactful community events to elevate the Hoag Brand. This role is a primary ambassador to the community, activating/raising Hoag’s brand presence to support growth in existing markets, and emerging markets. Collaborates closely with teams across marketing to align event execution plans with strategic marketing and business plans. Builds strong partner relationships and coordinates, manages and implements strategic events that align with the Hoag brand and brand voice to deliver a cohesive brand experience.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

Represent Hoag as an ambassador in strategic community partnerships, sponsored events, and public initiatives. This role requires event planning and implementation, and supervision of event support personnel.Plan, manage, execute and evaluate community-based events and activities.Coordinate and manage resources enabling Hoag to have a broad and nimble community presence.Develop, activate, and support strategic partnerships & sponsorships.Provide support in generating Community Engagement Dashboard Reports to monitor awareness, affiliation, growth, and community engagement.Prepare detailed campaign/events plans and creative briefs and ensure alignment across all channels as we activate events and key sponsorships.Support the build of winning content & event strategies for Hoag Health across communities in OC.Evaluate, align, and manage vendor relationships by clearly defining the roles, expectations, and outcomes of strategic partners.Collaborates with Marketing Leadership, Marketing Technology team, and Marketing Operations to optimize resources.Manage event budgets and resources.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Development, Community Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the marketing and/or sponsorships industry managing and producing events and partnerships.Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing and/or sponsored events and producing premium brand experiences that are tailored to attendees.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment and stay up to date on event needs and trends as it applies to healthcare.Excellent customer services skills and attitude.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior time management skills.Self-starter: must be able to set assignment priorities, work independently within established guidelines, and maintain confidentiality.Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and impactful event ideas and tactics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a diverse audience.Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize event strategy.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to attend/run events and work nights and weekends as needed.Licenses Required:California Driver’s License required.Hoag is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
