Caregivers are the lifeblood of our organization, and this is an extremely important role in our agency. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, proactive, and who will take ownership and accountability of the assigned responsibilities. They must be a problem solver and take initiative to resolve known issues and work to disrupt existing processes to ensure they are most effective. Someone who is not comfortable with the status quo and will seek continuous improvement.The Manager of Recruiting & Communications is responsible for developing recruiting and retention strategies and ensuring timely communication with online sources.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Caregiver Recruitment & Retention:

Design and implement an “end to end” recruiting process, ensuring accuracy in hiring, while creating a stellar pipeline of talent.Develop recruitment strategies to attract Caregiver talent.Clearly define and communicate our Caregiver value position to attract/retain talent.Source candidates via Avochato text-based marketing, job fairs, and other online tools (Indeed, MyCNA, Simply Hired, etc.).Conduct thorough phone screens to identify qualified candidates.Schedule candidates for in-person interviews, ensuring they arrive with all documents.Oversee candidates throughout the application process, to orientation, and assignment of first shift.Find new and exciting ways to develop relationships with local caregiver communities.Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns to leadership.Manage the employee benefits program.Communication Management:

Social Media & Website Management.Responsible for posting content to all social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website).Management of Website and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).Manage SEO vendor to ensure the effectiveness of all online posts (click rates, view rates, cost per click).Ensure content on the website is managed/updated timely.Client/Internal Communication.Draft content for the monthly newsletter.Draft communication for Caregiver of the Month.Draft client communications (announcements, training, policy changes).Draft content for internal office communications.Generate online client testimonials.Manage social media vendor relationships (Website, Emma, and Avochato).Manage the Caregiver of the month program, developing criteria, coordinating nominations and ensuring announcements are posted by the deadline each month.Assist in the idea generation of monthly raffles/incentives for Caregivers, create and post content, and take ownership of the process.Administrative Office Support:

Participate in general coverage of the office’s main phone lines.Education & Requirements: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline, OR, if no degree, 5 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, or customer service experience.Experience & Qualifications:

1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred, home care recruiting a plus.Take initiative and not wait for others to engage.Be solutions-oriented and present management with options versus the problem.Be organized and able to effectively prioritize matters.Be proficient in time management and multi-tasking skills.Must be a team player.Be an effective communicator.Must maintain the ability to effectively collaborate across internal teams.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).We Offer:
