Role And Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing for Digital Appliance, this Senior Manager level role will be responsible for managing the overall go-to-market strategy and P&L management for Samsung branded Vacuum products in the US market.

Leads the execution of an end-to-end product marketing strategy for Vacuum and new segmentsFormulate and direct the go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners in Demand Generation and SalesOverall product strategy and management of the product life cycleLead new product innovation roadmaps in partnership with global HQProduct introductions and model launches in conjunction with the Sales teamCategory expert in terms of industry and technology trends, and competitive benchmarkingDevelop customer-specific strategies, programs and pricingSales forecasting and inventory managementSkills And Qualifications

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required, MBA preferred and a minimum of 10+ years of related job experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level in a similar Product Marketing role requiredPrevious retail channel management and people management experience requiredStrong analytical and financial skills required (P&L responsibility)Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlinesDomestic travel required up to 15% to visit retailer locations for meetings etc.The ability to work in a fast paced environment where pivoting to meet changing priorities is key to success in the roleAdvanced PowerPoint & Excel skills (pivot tables, V look ups) requiredConsistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
