Job Summary:We are on the lookout for a Marketing Technology Manager, Creative and Content, to lead and manage the technological resources utilized by our creative and content teams. This pivotal role involves overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of our marketing and creative tools, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our marketing strategies. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive creative excellence and have a track record of managing complex tech stacks, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the technology stack for the Creative and Creative Operations teams, ensuring tools are up-to-date, integrated, and functioning optimally.Collaborate with Creative leaders to understand their technology needs and identify solutions that enhance productivity and creativity.Manage asset library (DAM) including integrations, access, folder structures, and taxonomy standards.Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensure contract adherence, manage updates, and consult on renewals.Develop and maintain documentation on workflows, tool usage, and best practices for the Marketing teams.Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure teams are fully leveraging the capabilities of our creative and content technology.Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing technology, creative tools, and asset management systems, and recommend upgrades and new tools as needed.Work closely with the Marketing Technology team, IT, Procurement, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure that technology implementations meet security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of technology solutions in meeting creative and content objectives, and adjust strategies as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing technology, with a focus on creative and content tools.Demonstrated experience managing a marketing technology stack, including DAM, creative production software, and collaboration tools.
