Let’s run there.Your Job:The Brooks Footwear Creation Process Management team acts as a center of excellence for project, process, systems, and tools management in support of all teams within Footwear. This team spans multiple teams, time zones, skill sets, and disciplines and provides the knowledge and resources necessary to help Footwear teams assess, optimize, and standardize their processes – allowing them to focus on their roles and expertise – doing what they do best.The Project and Process Manager II has a formal foundation in project, portfolio, and program management as well as experience in process management and organizational change. This role also requires a solid understanding of project management systems and tools as well as the ability to learn, implement, and manage tools and systems required within Footwear. The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner, excels at communication, and is well-versed at comprehending technical information and assisting in developing creative ways to deliver information to relevant stakeholders. An ability to develop a strong understanding of our business objectives and product best practices is critical to success. In this role, you will lead multiple end-to-end projects or processes and may act as the process or project manager for a Footwear program. You will be responsible for scope, time, resourcing, and the overall success of each project. This role works with key subject matter experts and functional leaders, across the Brooks organization, to create and facilitate delivery of projects and initiatives.A successful candidate will collaborate across the organization as well as influence without authority and act as a role model for project/process management best practices. You may lead, manage, and mentor up to one direct report.This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Footwear, and Apparel teams.Your Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally as a representative of the Product Marketing Team to identify opportunities and lead project, process, and organizational change management for initiatives that span across the Brooks organization.Project manage multiple projects, project portfolios, and programs simultaneously.Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics.Mentor and support Associate Project Managers and Project Managers within the team.Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and lead project teams.Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and project status.Track, manage, and report on project budget and milestones and provide status reports to project stakeholders.Report, manage, mitigate project issues, risks, and escalations, and ensure project delivery and overall success.Partner with the project sponsor to define and present the project business case for Project Portfolio (PPM) approval, including high-level plan, success metrics, and resourcing plan.Leverage process improvement methodologies to initiate process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Implement and manage the necessary systems and tools in support of project and process management across Footwear.Support a program within the Product Team as the project or process manager.Maintain knowledge of internal and external best practices related to project and process management.Collaborate with all levels within Footwear to provide best practices for project, process, and org change management.Engage with, build relationships, and represent Footwear in projects that include cross-functional teams.Research, analyze, and evaluate new and emerging technologies, practices, and methodologies in support of project, portfolio, and process management.Manage (including goal setting, performance review, interviewing, team culture, etc.) and support the career development of direct report to ensure job satisfaction, retention, and team execution of goals.Hold teams accountable for deliverables by positively influencing within Footwear.Occasional international travel may be required.Product and technology naming: work with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to align on naming.Product marketing assets: manage the workflow for the creation of photography, videos, and product copy.Product Positioning: work with Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and eComm to execute product marketing strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related project and/or program management experience, ideally in a product development or consulting environment.Minimum of 4 years of experience leading project teams.Proven ability to lead, influence, and gain buy-in and trust within team and across functional areas.Project Management certifications (PMP, etc.) desired.Demonstrated knowledge of project management standards (PMBOK) and experience with portfolio and project management software.Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives and/or projects.Demonstrated experience in organizational change management activities within initiatives and/or projects.Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment.Demonstrated experience working with Sr. leadership and leadership teams.Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with leadership teams to ensure project goals are met.Proven collaborative leadership skills.Being self-driven, eager to learn, and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills.Exceptional work ethic: being adaptable to ever-changing demands, with the ability to refocus and develop options for quick changes in projects.Experience with Microsoft Office required.Experience in using analytical methods to improve processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots.”Ability to challenge the status quo – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details.Proven ability to communicate and influence in a collaborative, team-oriented, and complex global environment.Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities is a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.Unwavering demonstration of Brooks’ corporate values: Runner First, Word Is Bond, Champion Heart, There Is No “I” In Run, and Keep Moving.Compensation:

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $96,358 - $144,538 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Other:Brooks is proud to offer a robust benefits package to our employees and their families!Benefits:
