H Mart is also known for its innovative new food halls which are an extension of over 37 years of providing eateries in its stores.Position Description:This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations/associations, media, etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator with a knowledge base in the marketing field, who can easily adapt to a multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customer needs.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Support customer service/relationship platform, email, phone, etc. to coordinate on customer service-related issues with internal departments and understand customer needs.Coordinate various marketing materials (digital signage, posters, SNS promotions, banners, etc.) for store promotions and sales.Support membership-related procedures and duties.Assist with media contracts and related relationships.Support grand opening events and related work arrangements.Assist with press releases and other articles for brand marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.1 year+ of marketing experience is a plus.Strong organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time-sensitive deadlines.Professional in Marketing certificate is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST (Fluency is a plus).MON-FRI, 9:00 am to 6:00 pmCompany provided LunchPSL / PTOPaid Holidays per company policyCelebration & Condolence Benefits per company policyEligibility to use Company owned Resort per company policy5% Employee Points program with H Mart Smart CardLocation:H Mart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
