Responsibilities/Requirements:
Client is in the process of building a new IT Shared Services (Application Hosting) that will support multiple business units. Under your scope be the design, documenting and roll out of Governance, Processes and Organizational Change Management.Must have 10+ years in ITIL/ITSM processes and in particular, Service Design.Must have Big 4 management consulting experience.Experienced in managing enterprise-wide solutions and managing third party vendors and consultant arrangements in support of projects and day to day operations.Develops and maintains operations policies and standards.Solutions-oriented, assertive leader with strong technical expertise, project management, solutions delivery, customer service and excellent mediation skills.
