Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Skilled Nursing Home is seeking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and exceptional Admissions/Marketing Director for our sub-acute/long-term care, skilled nursing facility.
The primary purpose of your position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.
You will organize and host successful marketing events that benefit the facility. You’ll interview residents, guardians, sponsors, and obtain required admission information and signatures.
Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, skilled communicator, and positive motivator. Must be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively. Ability to utilize both local and company resources in the execution of job responsibilities. Clinical knowledge is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year experience in Admissions in a sub-acute/long-term care facility setting, preferably as an Admissions Assistant. Competitive salary & benefits package offered.
