We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Specialist to manage our business website, oversee Google Ads campaigns, and provide overall support for our marketing website activities. This role involves managing affiliate programs, executing effective Google Ads campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility and conversions through our WordPress websites.QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business or Computer ScienceCertifications in Google Analytics and/or Google Ads4+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience managing corporate Google Ads campaigns, including proven ROIWorking experience with WordPress and/or other website buildersExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Detail oriented with strong organizational skillsHTML/CSS experience a plusRESPONSIBILITIES :E-Commerce Website Management:

Collaborate with web development and product management teams to implement enhancements and updates to the website.Oversee the Affiliate Partner Program through our Affiliate portal.Research and solicit automotive-related websites to join the affiliate program.Negotiate and contract new affiliate members, while maintaining and supporting existing affiliate accounts.Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to establish partnerships and drive targeted traffic to the website.Monitor search engine activity and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and sales.Manage PayPal transactions and resolve payment-related issues.Google Analytics & Ads Management:Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.Create impactful ad copy and design effective ad structures to maximize ROI.Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies to optimize campaign efficiency.Conduct keyword research and refine targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences.Monitor display campaigns across various platforms and devices to ensure maximum reach.Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior and campaign performance.Implement changes based on analytics insights to improve website performance and user experience.Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.WordPress Website Support:Support WordPress website development efforts, including assistance with content creation, formatting and publishing.Monitor website performance metrics in collaboration with Marketing team and SEO contractor to identify areas for content improvement and SEO optimization.Ensure website content is aligned with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.Act as a liaison among internal stakeholders, providing feedback and insights regarding website-related issues, content strategy and optimization efforts.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
