(CPT) is seeking a talented and experienced Web/Internet Designer possessing a strong technical skillset and a passion for creating user-friendly and high-performing websites. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of web development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.Responsibilities:Plan and lead major web development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage web development resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Mentor and guide junior web developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.Design, create, and modify user-friendly and engaging websites that meet user needs and business goals.Analyze user needs to implement effective website content, graphics, performance optimization, and capacity planning.Integrate websites with other applications as needed.Design and develop user interface (UI) features, animations, and special effects to enhance user experience.Apply knowledge across various systems, including government and commercial applications, special-purpose systems, and systems requiring specialized security measures.Manage the entire web development lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance.Evaluate project performance and recommend major changes to optimize short-term project growth and success.Perform testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications to ensure functionality and optimal user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web development, with experience leading projects preferred.Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/TSCI) security clearance.Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for innovation and staying up to date with the latest web development trends.About Us:
