This position will collaborate across the organization and with various experts to identify, create, repurpose, and promote content that appeals to industry providers, from both existing ABA content and new sources. Additionally, this position will assist in executing strategies for distributing the content, membership engagement, and retention strategies.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Content creation and curation:Review and curate archive of ABA resources to determine those that are relevant for the Partner Network members and prospects. Review all new ABA content as it is produced to determine relevance to the Partner Network. Ideate and develop new potential content pieces that would be relevant for the Partners. Reframe existing pieces that would benefit from a vendor “lens,” and create new resources that might be uniquely valuable to Partners. Label and “productize” new resources to help increase adoption by Partners. Develop and utilize publication and events calendars to encourage repeat utilization. Communicate with existing Partners and ABA Committees to seek feedback on topics and resources of interest. Maintain awareness of emerging areas of need.50%+ Collaborate to finalize and distribute content:Work with ABA Policy SMEs to ensure consistency of messaging. Work with marketing, the web team, legal, and Partner Network team to ensure awareness, promotion, and consumption of key resources. Ensure that relevant resources are available on digital channels (e.g., ABA.com) in a timely manner and that resources are promoted effectively to Partners. Understand and utilize new technologies/systems to create efficiencies and improve engagement. Utilize social media marketing tools, including LinkedIn and Twitter, to increase member engagement with newly created content.40%+ Track member engagement:Monitor member engagement, analyze downloaded content, and identify problem areas based on data gathered from reports. Develop an engagement scorecard to monitor and measure member engagement. Conduct annual surveys to assess the value of services and the needs of members.10%+ Other duties as assigned by business need.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration or related field preferred or commensurate years of experience+ At least 10 years of related experience with 5+ years’ experience managing a content-driven product offering+ 5+ years’ experience creating, curating, and repurposing existing content for distinct audiences at a high work rate+ Passion for creating content and sharing important messages with multiple audiences in creative ways+ Strong written communications skills and proven ability to create distinctive, compelling content+ Experience bringing to market new content creations, services, or resources+ Strong attention to detail required+ Strong customer service skills required+ Demonstrated experience collaborating across diverse functional teams is essential+ Strong journalistic and/or authorship skills strongly preferred+ Experience serving the financial services industry preferred+ Familiarity with the financial services vendor/partner space preferred**Salary Band Range:**$90,069.00 - $122,708.00 - $155,348.00American Bankers Association (ABA) is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
