As a Marketing Project Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our marketing powerhouse, collaborating with the Director of Marketing & Partnerships—Professional Sports. This role is your opportunity to drive key projects that bring our marketing strategies to life, from concept to execution. You'll manage campaigns, streamline processes, and lead go-to-market activities that propel our growth, enhance product quality, and optimize efficiency across the board.Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Partnerships, you'll be the linchpin in managing and delivering results for complex, multi-dimensional projects that span across departments. BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field.+ Experience. 2-4 years of business experience in marketing, customer service, and/or project management.+ Technical Skills. Basic understanding of new product, process, and business development, as well as the marketing mix (4P’s). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and basic MS Project skills. Internet proficiency with an understanding of capabilities and how to leverage them.+ Analytical and Project Coordination Skills. Strong analytical abilities and project coordination skills, with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational capabilities.+ Communication Skills. Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.+ Attention to Detail. Strong process orientation and meeting management skills. Ability to multitask and develop flexible solutions for challenges and opportunities.+ Teamwork and Independence. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude that supports others in driving for success.+ Inclusivity. Ability to engage and seek diversity in thought, perspective, and presence for the best possible solutions and results.+ Preferred. Desktop publishing experience and social media and digital knowledge.YOU WILL:+ Drive Marketing Projects and Programs:+ Participate in the development, implementation, and management of marketing projects and programs.+ Be the single point of contact for all related work on assigned projects.+ Work with cross-functional teams on approaches, strategies, and content development.+ Assist in developing vision, pacing/phasing, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.+ Collaborate with all stakeholders, including end users, sales, marketing, operations, and service, to execute and implement project plans.+ Act as the voice of the customer—pre, during, and post-development; identify market needs and requirements.+ Work with the digital team on strategies, content calendars, and content creation to drive engagement on social platforms.+ Oversee multiple initiatives in parallel within the context of overall marketing projects.+ Lead and Execute Events:+ Coordinate and manage division events such as ring sizing, ring deliveries, and sales events.+ Handle event logistics, including packing/unpacking, travel arrangements, and budget management.+ Create and manage sales materials, including sales guides, price cards, order forms, and sales training materials.+ Manage on-site meetings and logistics.+ Provide Administrative Support:+ Document meeting notes and processes.+ Assist with presentation design, marketing copy, and photo editing.+ Print and collate information, process invoices for payment, and manage shipping needs.+ Typical/expected % of overnight travel: May be up to 25%; often times on short notice.LOVE WHERE YOU WORK:+ We care about your health. Team members will understand and leverage customer insights through data analysis & testing to then create experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey and to support our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports.
