**About the Role:****Grade Level (for internal use):**10**The Team:**The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading software, data, and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loan platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.The Enterprise Solutions Public Markets group is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Product Operations team. This role involves collaborating with product managers, customer & product support, and other subject matter experts to promote product and customer success throughout the product lifecycle; You will create or support creation of product documentation (internal & customer-facing) across the Enterprise Solutions – Public Markets product portfolio.**Responsibilities and Impact:**+ Work closely with product managers to create and maintain high-quality documentation.+ Engage and collaborate with Customer & Product Support teams to gather feedback and identify content gaps.+ Prioritize content gaps and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience.+ Maintain documentation style guides and templates to deliver a consistent brand and user experience.+ Stay informed on our product roadmap, customer use cases, and support issues.+ Review content analytics to measure customer impact and inform future content creation decisions.**Compensation/Benefits Information:** (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,846.00 to $110,130.2. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
