We are excited to have you as part of our team to help you start your professional growth and contribute to our success at Skyworks!ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:• Working with experienced engineers to design/develop RFIC for Multi-chip modules• Designing RF switches, low noise amplifiers, couplers, etc.• Running simulations using design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, etc.• Participating and presenting in design reviews• Performing lab testing using standard RF test equipment• Trouble-shooting and resolving design or technical issues• Collaborating with other engineers and techniciansRequirements• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD programs• Commitment to working on-site for 3 months• Strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact• Strong career interest in RF/microwave engineering and RFIC design• Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE is highly preferred• Hands-on experience in the lab using a network analyzer and other RF instruments is highly preferred#LI-DJ1The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
