This is an opportunity to lead the strategy and marketing to help Chase employees shop, finance, and save on their next auto purchase. You will lead the marketing plans to promote a suite of auto discounts available to Chase employees, as well as future growth in auto programs, discounts, offers, and managing engaging events at key Chase employee locations around the country.As a Marketing Associate for the Chase Auto Consumer Team, you will lead marketing initiatives and efforts to achieve short and long-term business goals. Initiatives will span multiple digital channels (owned and paid) and support employee marketing. You will have strong marketing program management experience, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to develop impactful campaigns based on evidence-based research and insights.**Job Responsibilities**+ Translate Chase Auto business goals into marketing plans which communicate a clear value proposition to achieve stated marketing objectives+ Lead the planning, development, execution, analysis, and assessment of integrated marketing plans specific to assigned Chase Auto consumer audience segment(s). Track, monitor, analyze campaign KPIs and find opportunities to optimize future performance.+ Work closely with Data & Analytics and Product partners to develop test design strategies driving application of learnings across the consumer book of work+ Collaborate with cross line-of-business partner teams to identify and execute new marketing opportunities+ Work across multi-functional teams, including Product, Campaign Management, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory+ Own budgeting for all assigned marketing efforts, including forecasting, monthly expense management, tracking, and reporting to Finance partners**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of marketing experience especially in program management, event marketing (some travel required), and digital platforms and channels across owned and paid properties+ Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams+ Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel+ Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines+ Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and dkills**+ Experience working in highly matrixed organization+ Promote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset+ Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is a plusChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
